  — Shipping —

  Q1. How long does shipping take within the
  U.S.?
  Most orders leave our small studio within 1–2
  business days, and arrive in 3–6 business days
   via standard U.S. shipping. You'll get a
  tracking link the moment your parcel is on its
   way — I tend to send a short note with it
  too.

  Q2. Is there free shipping?
  Yes. Standard shipping is on us for U.S.
  orders over $75. Below that, we keep the rate
  as honest as we can — no inflated handling
  fees.

  Q3. Are these authentic Korean products?
  Every product on the shelf is sourced through
  verified Korean suppliers and authorized
  channels. I personally use each one before it
  goes live — if I can't trace where it came
  from, it doesn't make it onto Sodam.

  Q4. Will the packaging be in Korean?
  Some of it, yes — and I think that's part of
  the beauty. Each product ships with a small
  English ingredient and use card from me, so
  nothing feels like a guess. Consider the
  Korean text part of the ritual.

  Q5. I have sensitive / combination / mature
  skin — will these work for me?
  The current shelf leans gentle on purpose.
  Most pieces (the ginseng toner, snail essence,
   hanji hand cream) suit sensitive and
  combination skin beautifully. For mature skin,
   the marine collagen and the camellia hair oil
   are quiet favorites of mine. If you're
  unsure, message me — I'll tell you honestly
  what I'd reach for.

  Q6. How did you choose these eight products?
  Slowly. Each one I've used for at least a full
   season, most for years. Some came from my
  mother's parcels. Some I found in Korean
  pharmacies and quietly tested across four
  countries. If a product didn't earn its place
  on my own shelf, it didn't make it here.

  Q7. When will you add new products?
  Only when something is genuinely ready. I'd
  rather grow the shelf by one honest piece a
  season than fill it for the sake of a launch.

  when something new is being considered.

  Q8. What is your return policy?
  Unopened products may be returned within 14
  days of delivery for a full refund (minus
  original shipping). Opened skincare can't be
  returned for hygiene reasons, but if something
   arrived damaged or simply doesn't feel right
  for you, please reach out — I handle these one
   by one.

  Q9. How do I start a return or exchange?
  Email hazelco.store@gmail.com with your order
  number and a sentence about what happened.
  I'll reply within one business day with a
  return label and next steps. No forms, no
  scripts.
